Server Rules
Fair-play standards for every ZendaMu player and guild.
01Respect the community
Harassment, threats, hate speech, impersonation and targeted abuse are prohibited in game, guild chat, support and official community channels.
02No cheats or automation
Cheats, unauthorized clients, memory editing, packet manipulation, macros that automate gameplay and tools that create an unfair advantage are prohibited.
03Bugs and exploits
Do not abuse or distribute bugs, duplication methods or unintended mechanics. Stop using the issue and report it privately to support.
04Trading and accounts
Real-money trading, account sales, credential sharing, payment fraud and scams are prohibited. Staff will never ask for your password.
05Names, guilds and events
Names, emblems and messages must be appropriate. Follow event instructions and staff decisions. Match fixing, obstruction and coordinated abuse may be sanctioned.
06Penalties and appeals
Penalties depend on severity, evidence and previous violations. Appeals must be submitted calmly through support; public pressure or repeated tickets do not change evidence.
