Refund Policy
Rules for VIP, coin and digital package purchases.
01Digital delivery
VIP time, coins and packages are digital goods delivered to the account named during checkout. Confirm the username, package and price before paying.
02Completed orders
Successfully delivered digital goods are generally final. A change of mind, account suspension, gameplay balance change or failure to read the package description does not qualify for a refund.
03Delivery problems
If payment completed but delivery failed, contact support with the transaction identifier and account name. We will verify the provider record and deliver the package or correct the order when appropriate.
04Duplicate or incorrect charges
Report duplicate charges or an amount that differs from checkout promptly. Valid duplicate or processing errors will be investigated with the payment provider.
05Chargebacks
Contact support before opening a chargeback. Fraudulent disputes or chargebacks made after successful delivery may suspend associated accounts while the transaction is investigated.
